Katie Austin, daughter of the fitness icon Denise Austin, reimagined physical training with the launch of her fitness app, “Katie Austin Fitness”.
Growing organically by leveraging her own social media channels, the app boasted 1,874 active devices and 7,330 monthly sessions.

To drive new user acquisition, ATTN Agency drove prospecting campaigns through social media – Facebook, Instagram, and Snap – by targeting lookalike audiences based on existing users and MVP users. ATTN also leveraged Google Universal App Install campaigns to drive new installs on iOS and Android devices. Over the first 60 days, ATTN doubled the active users on iOS and Android devices.
To improve user retention, ATTN Agency used Klaviyo email management to deliver users with consistent updates of new app features and updates. By creating a consistent marketing schedule ATTN was able to increase average user retention from 1.2 months to 3.8 months.
