Black Craft Cult, a gothic apparel and accessories brand from Southern California, had grown almost entirely through organic social and email, with no paid advertising experience. The goals were simple: acquire new customers as fast as possible, and make every ad dollar return as much as it could.
From organic-only to a paid growth engine.
How ATTN built Black Craft Cult's first paid program across Google, Facebook, and Instagram, and grew Q4 revenue 30% year over year.

The challenge01
The approach02
- New buyers, separated. New audience definitions split people who had never purchased from past customers, so prospecting spend went to genuinely new buyers.
- Built on the brand's fans. Lookalike audiences were modeled on the organic following and email list, then layered with interest targeting.
- Feed as a growth lever. All 6,000 SKUs were connected to ATTN's product data tooling, so the right descriptors and images showed up in Shopping and dynamic ads, and the feed was tuned by what performed.
- Dynamic retargeting. Visitors saw the products they viewed alongside recommendations, while campaigns moved gradually to Campaign Budget Optimization.
The results03
Prospecting brought in new customers at an efficient cost and drove 30% year-over-year Q4 revenue growth. Dynamic retargeting returned a 9.24x ROAS, turning the brand's organic demand into a repeatable paid engine.
