The challenge01

RejuvaFresh sells high-ticket aesthetic devices, but its Google Shopping feed treated every product the same, with no structure built around the products that mattered most. Email and SMS were untapped, with no automated flows in place.

Phase 1: Rebuilding the foundation02

ATTN took over account management and rebuilt the Google Ads structure around high-value products. We recategorized the product feed, added custom labels to exclude items not meant for ads, and organized the feed by category, subcategory, and use case, so campaigns stopped relying on catch-all targeting.

Phase 2: Sharpening the feed, launching owned channels03

We enriched Merchant Center attributes and rewrote product titles and descriptions around priority keywords. At the same time, we built RejuvaFresh's core Klaviyo flows (Welcome, Browse Abandon, Cart Abandon, and Post-Purchase), making the following year the brand's first full year of email and SMS.

Phase 3: Scaling with control04

We moved from Performance Max to Standard Shopping for tighter keyword control and past-purchaser exclusion, and re-optimized mid-quarter as competition increased. In messaging, we rolled out advanced flows and structured campaign testing, then leaned into promo windows across the year: a spring sale, Esthetician's Day, and Black Friday through Cyber Monday.

The results05

Google Ads, year over year: net sales rose 42% on ad spend up 40%, ROAS improved 6% to 4.98x, and average order value grew 45%. The net MER goal was hit in 9 of 12 months, up from 7. Promo windows were especially strong: Esthetician's Day reached 9.82x net MER, and two consecutive Black Friday to Cyber Monday windows delivered 8.49x and 8.03x.

Email and SMS, first full year: flow revenue grew roughly 3x from January to the fourth-quarter months, and flows drove about 76% of messaging revenue. April was the first breakout month, and May held the lift.
